Returns

Due to the artistic nature of our business, returns will be accepted for store credit within 30 days of the purchase date. However, if the item was personalized or special ordered it is not returnable. Prior return approval may be granted at the time of purchase. Exceptions may apply. Volume discounts may be adjusted. We will always want to work with you to ensure your happiness and satisfaction with your purchase.

Re-sizing

We want your jewelry to look beautiful, but also be functional, comfortable and secure. Should a piece of jewelry be the wrong size, or should a closure be difficult to manage, bring it back or mail it to us and we will make the necessary adjustments free of charge. We will ship your item back to you free of charge as well.

Warranty and Repairs

I design and complete my pieces with the intentions they will be worn for a life-time. Should they ever need to be re-strung or re-worked due to any wear or tear, I would be happy to do this for you. Labor fees and material replacement cost may be involved. These pieces will be worked on upon my approval and will be based on the availability of their components. You may call or email first and I will quote you whether there is a repair fee.
